On September 17, GlottaVue gained a personal workspace alongside its clinical reference library. The aim was to keep frequently used material and personal learning notes easier to find between study sessions.
Tools you control
The workspace introduced exact-reference favorites, provider preference cards, personal case logs and user-authored study cards with review scheduling. Favorites point to actual library destinations. Study cards contain the material you write; they are not presented as a reviewed board-exam question bank.
A practical starting point is to save a few references relevant to your current rotation, write a study question after reviewing them, and use your own preference cards to organize what you need to discuss with a preceptor.
Case tracking has a specific scope
The student training tracker records explicit experience categories and distinguishes cases, procedures, actual experience and simulation. It provides cohort-specific progress views. Narrative notes alone do not automatically become counted clinical credits.
This is a personal organization tool. Your program determines what experience it accepts and which requirements apply. GlottaVue does not submit a transcript, certify training, or determine graduation eligibility. The tracker is not an annual AANA practice-quota system.
Keep a usable copy
The workspace supports export and backup workflows, with scope explained in the app. Later September work added Excel export alongside CSV. Use non-identifying entries, review counts before relying on a progress summary, and follow your program's official documentation process.
